Secure Your Date: place an order to book your date with us. If your wedding is less than 4 weeks away, please send us an email to make sure we are available. Once you place an order, you will receive an invoice detailing your order summary and payment plan.

Changes: add, reduce or change your order up until 3 weeks before your wedding. Send us an email to reduce quantities at service@theflowerpetal.com or place another online order to add to your current order. Please review the FAQ at the bottom of the page for info regarding cancellation.

Monthly Payments: we will divide your remaining balance into even monthly payments, with the final payment due 3 weeks before your wedding. The card on file will automatically be charged according to the payment plan in your order summary invoice.

What's Next: we will reach out to you between 1 and 3 weeks before your wedding to schedule delivery (and setup if needed)
