ARCH ASSEMBLY:  Two people, 5-10 minutes.  Easy assembly of stand- no tools required.  Florals are simply zip-tied to the arch to secure it.   Zip ties and stand are included.

DELIVERY/PICKUP:  Free pickup in Medina or local delivery 2-3 days before your wedding. We will reach out to you the month of your wedding to schedule a pickup/delivery date and time. Delivery prices are outlined below:

SHIPPING:  There is a $150 fee for shipping and it includes a prepaid return label.  

RETURN:  Items need to be returned in Medina by 7pm on the Tuesday after your wedding.  If your items were shipped to you, pack them in the same the boxes they arrived in and use the prepaid shipping labels.  Shipped returns need to be dropped off to the carrier by the Tuesday after your wedding. 

 DEPOSIT:  There is a $150 damage deposit that you will get back within 1 week of us receiving your rental items. If there are any damaged or missing items, they will be taken out of the deposit. 

CANCELLATION:  Rental orders may be canceled for a full refund up until 4 weeks before your wedding. Cancellations between 1 and 4 weeks before the wedding will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 1 week of the wedding will not receive a refund.
